Altis Piscines is a Montréal-based team of pool technicians who believe residential pool service should feel personal, predictable and fair. We built the company so that every client knows who is showing up, when, and exactly what will happen when we do.
Owner-operated
Every route is run by trained technicians who work here full-time — not seasonal contractors passing through.
Fixed schedules
You get the same day and roughly the same time each week. We only take on new clients when the route can honor it.
Written work
Every visit ends with a written report — chemistry, actions taken, and anything we recommend for next time.
Local knowledge
We know Québec pools, Québec weather and Québec building codes — from West Island bungalows to South Shore in-grounds.
Why we started Altis.
Most of the calls we get start the same way: a family loved their pool for years, then a service company changed hands, quality slipped, and suddenly nothing was clear anymore — not the schedule, not the pricing, not the water. Altis Piscines was built to fix that. We took the parts of pool service that homeowners actually value — showing up, explaining the work, standing behind the results — and made them the whole business.

If we don't know the cost yet, we say so. If a repair isn't worth doing, we say that too.
